Zava boasts of more than twenty years experience in manifacturing and treatement of metals. This is one of its strenghts because the production of lightening and forniture complements is, for what concern the metal parts, internally fully realized and follows an alternate manual and automated process that makes these tools uniques and customized. Iron, steel and alluminium are cut by laser, treated and painted to reflect the light and to create an atmosphere.

The sensibility to ecological and environmental topics, supports the low power consumption by white neon lamps 840 switched to low voltage incandescents. The production process ends with a peculiar check test to each piece giving to the customer the top quality assurance.
