Water, wine and excellent food in the architecture inspired by the "Shape of water", where marble is the protagonist. It
is the "Ristorante d'Autore", in Pavilion 1 of Marmomac Exhibition, inspired by
water and its continuous movement, which smoothly grinds stone and rock.
To illuminate the ethereal spaces, the Amedeo domes signed by #ZAVA.
Designed by Michela Baldessari, Paolo Criveller, Luca Facchini, Valerio Facchin, Silvia Sandini, Carlo Trevisani, Stone Pool | The
Shape of the water features 12 tables of marble and stone, which
represent the water shape interpreted by 12 different designers.
The kitchen is curated by 4 Italian chefs, who each have their own menu; Wednesday 26 Marco Pernati starts from the Manuelina restaurant in Recco (Genoa); Thursday 27, is the turn of Giancarlo Perbellini of Casa Perbellini in Verona; Friday
28 is the turn of Enrico Bartolini of the Glam restaurant in Venice and
Saturday 29 closes the Matteo Grandi cycle of the Degusto restaurant in
San Bonifacio (Verona).
